Description of Work

Working directly to Armagh parish, Rathbanna were invited to manufacture bespoke lights, a Tabernacle and restore other brass church articles.

Materials Used

The bespoke lights were made to the architectural specification using a combination of sheet metal brass, brass chain, and barley twist tube.

The sanctuary lamp was produced from sheet metal brass, machined parts, chains, and a bespoke weight system.

The Tabernacle was made specifically to the drawing supplied by McKeown and Shields, using polished brass.

The old church articles including candlesticks were repolished and sealed with a metal lacquer.

Duration of Work

These works were carried out over a 7-month period.
